Distance Learning Tech Support for Parents

A new helpdesk system is now available for parents. Read the instructions here and then visit if you need assistance with Chromebooks, PowerSchool, Google, or other tech issues. Due to the overwhelming reliance on hardware and technology during distance learning, SUSD has recently hired a new Computer Technology Specialist as well as a substitute technician.  Please welcome Atley Bartholf  and Josh Holst!

To assist with distance learning, SUSD is in the process of purchasing additional monitors for teachers so that they have a dual monitor setup to allow them to “see” the classroom as well as deliver classroom instruction, present materials and topics. Additional hotspots, document cameras, and chromebooks are also being purchased to support distance learning.
