A message to parents and guardians
Your child’s mental health and well being are paramount!
Long after this public health emergency is over your child will remember how he/she felt during this time. Please let your teacher or principal know if your child is stressed, anxious, or if schoolwork adjustments are needed. This is a challenging time for all of us. Please do what works best for your child's emotional well-being and your family circumstances.
Counseling and Support for Students and Families
CASSY is committed to serving SUSD students and providing mental health support through telehealth counseling services. If you feel that your child could benefit from these services, please contact your school Principal (K-5) or your Guidance Counselor (6-8) and she/he can guide you in the direction to best support you and your child. This is an unsettling time for all. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
