About Tree House

  • Saratoga Union School District offers an extended daycare program, The Tree House for students in grades TK-8th grade. We have named this nurturing, growth-minded, and child-centered place the Tree House. Saratoga is renowned as the City of Trees, and tree houses connote opportunities to go aloft into pleasant and secure surroundings to play, think, explore, climb, and enjoy a unique “child’s place.” All Saratoga schools have a Tree House located on campus.

The program is designed and run by district staff and offers a variety of engaging activities that incorporate academics, youth development, and recreation.

For site-specific questions about the Tree House program, please contact your school's Site Supervisor. To change Tree House attendance plans, please contact Jessica Baker at jbaker@saratogausd.org. Please note, plan/schedule changes or cancellations require a two-week notice.

Tree House Tuition Payments

  • Parents/guardians will need to register for Tree House on the Eleyo Portal by submitting a contract request. Payment for the annual registration fee and the first month’s plan will be debited from the parent's accounts upon acceptance of the contract. Once a contract has been approved on Eleyo, schedule changes, plan changes and cancellation of Tree House plans require a two-week written notice.  If you prefer to pay by check, checks can be dropped off at the school front office or at Tree House for students who are already registered and attending. For questions about your invoice or for payment receipts, contact Tree House at treehouse@saratogausd.org.

After School Enrichment Classes

  • In addition, after-school enrichment classes are also available onsite during fall and spring at the elementary schools and Redwood Middle School. The class offerings and schedule are sent out via eNews during the school year and is run by the LGS Recreation Department department.
