The Employee Hub

The Santa Clara County Office of Education is transitioning all Santa Clara County school district employees, including Saratoga Union School District, from the legacy Employee Self Service (ESS) portal to the new, more secure The Employee Hub to access pay check stubs and W-2 documents. This change introduces single sign-on, allowing users to log in securely using your standard district email and password.

Timeline

  • Start Using New System (Now through August 14, 2026): While ESS will remain open through August 14, we encourage all SUSD employees to begin using The Employee Hub for all self-service needs (pay stubs, W-2s, employment records).
     
  • Firewall Security Shift (August 15, 2026): All employees will be required to use The Employee Hub for remote access. ESS will no longer be accessible from home or the internet, only from physical District Office networks.
     
  • Final Decommission (January 1, 2027): All employee self-service features will live exclusively on The Employee Hub. ESS will be permanently shut down.
