For the safety of our children, attendance is monitored every morning. Each day your child will be absent or late to school, please call the Attendance "Hot Line" (phone number listed above) and provide the following information:

Your Child's Name - spell out any long or unusual names;
The Teacher's Name
State whether the child will be absent or tardy, and the reason
Your Relationship to the Child

(Notifying your child's teacher is not a substitute for calling the Hot-Line) NOTE: Please specify if your child has a communicable disease or condition such as Chicken Pox, Strep Throat or Head Lice.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL EACH DAY YOUR CHILD WILL BE ABSENT, unless you know ahead of time how many days your child will be out of school and specify that period in your message. Should you need additional information not provided here or on the message of the Hot-Line's answering machine, call the office at 867-4773. Homework requests should also be left on the Hot-Line. You may ask for homework on the second day of your child's absence and it will be available at normal dismissal time in the office. You can also FAX the above information to the office at 867-5737.
