    Use the Help Desk Portal to submit requests for technical support and/or to report problems with a computer hardware, software, or other technical tools. Click on the google link and select your saratogausd.org account. STAFF ONLY HELPDESK PORTAL

     

    SUSD Families:

    For technical assistance with PowerSchool, Chromebooks, Zoom, connectivity, or other tech issues:

    1. Read the instructions for submitting a help ticket
    2. Go to SUSD FAMILIES TECHNICAL HELPDESK PORTAL
    3. Select SUSD Parent Technology Request from the drop-down menu (question 2)
