Conditional Registration

  • Conditional Registration for the 2018-2019 school year begins on April 16, 2018

    If your family is in the process of moving and you are unable to provide all of the residency materials for a complete registration, SUSD will accept conditional registration with the following documents:

    • The completed Statement of Residency Form from the Preregistration Packet

    • All preregistration documents pertaining to identification, health and immunizations, and parent/guardian identifications
       
    • Homeowner: If you have just purchased a home in Saratoga Union School District, we will accept your Purchase Contract as a conditional document establishing residency. You will need to provide the proofs of residency within 60 days to remove the conditional status of your student's registration.
       
    • Renter: If you have just signed a rental agreement for a residence in Saratoga Union School Distict, we will accept your Lease/Rental agreement signed and valid for the current school year. You will be need to provide the proofs of residency within 60 days in order to remove the conditional status of your student's registration.

    When the required documentation is available, copies can be brought to the district office or your school office, or emailed to registration@saratogausd.org.  Please make sure your student's name and grade are on any document sent to the district office.
