    Public schools in Santa Clara County are closed to regular school attendance through the end of the school year in order to slow the spread of COVID-19 to the maximum extent possible. Saratoga USD school campuses and District Office are closed.

    Staff and students should not come onto school campuses at this time.

    County Warm Line Service:

    As our community navigates through the impact of COVID-19, the Santa Clara County Office of Education’s Inclusion Collaborative has expanded its Inclusion Support Warmline Services.

    This service is available 16 hours per day and has the following language capabilities: Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Korean. Support will be provided by answering questions, addressing concerns and providing social stories to support children’s understanding of “social distancing”, etc.

    Also available will be alternative educational resources, support for flexible learning (media, etc.) and addressing individual needs for children with IEPs. Visual Support, individual schedules, etc. are also available.

    School Breakfast and Lunch:
    Child Nutrition Services will continue to provide meals for children 18 years and younger, Monday through Friday between 11:00 a.m. and noon at the Saratoga Elementary School parking lot, 14592 Oak St, Saratoga. Please stay in your car and meals will be passed to you.

2019 - 2020 District Office Closures

    The District Office will be closed on the following dates

    • July 4, 2019:  Fourth of July (Please call ahead during this week, as we will be working with limited staff)

    • August 12:  Welcome Back Staff Meeting 10:30 - 2:00

    • September 2:  Labor Day

    • November 11:  Veteran's Day

    • November 27, 28, 29:  Thanksgiving

    • December 20- January 3, 2020:  December Recess (Please call ahead as we will be working with limited staff)

    • January 20: Martin Luther King Day

    • February 17 - 21:  February Recess  (Please call ahead during this week as we will be working with limited staff)

    • April 6 - 10:  Spring Recess (Please call ahead during this week, as we will be working with limited staff)

    • May 25:  Memorial Day

    • June 8 through August 1: The District Office is open through the summer months. During the week of July 4th, please call ahead for an appointment.
