Saratoga Union School District is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, encompassing parts of Saratoga, Monte Sereno and Los Gatos.

Argonaut Elementary School

Argonaut Elementary has served Saratoga for more than 40 years. The school's mission is to provide an enriched academic program in a positive environment that empowers all students to think critically, to interact cooperatively, to learn to their fullest potential and to become responsible contributors to society.

Foothill Elementary School

Foothill Elementary opened in September of 1956 and has educated generations of students. The school continues to hold a special place in the Saratoga community with a veteran staff of caring teachers and a warm and welcoming family community.

Saratoga Elementary has served the Saratoga community for more than 150 years. It maintains a proud tradition of producing achieving students who have gone on to become successful, contributing adults.

The Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) III Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is a group of parents and educators interested in helping children who have special educational needs. Our CAC represents eleven school districts in Santa Clara County. They meet once a month during the school year and work with school district staff and administration to promote our children’s needs and educate parents in our districts.
