For the safety of our children, attendance is monitored every morning.  Each day your child will be absent or late to school, please call the attendance phone listed above and provide the following information:

1. Your child's name:  please spell any long or unusual names
2. The teacher's name and room number
3. State whether the child will be absent or tardy and the reason for the absence or tardy
4. Your relationship to the child

Notifying your child's teacher is not a substitute for calling the attendance line.

PLEASE NOTE:  When giving the reason for the absence or tardy be sure to notify the office also if your child has a communicable disease or condition such as Chicken Pox, Step Throat or head lice.

Please remember to call each day your child will be absent, unless you know ahead of time how many days your child will be out of school and specify that period in your message.  Should you need additional information not provided here or on the attendance line answering machine, call the office at 867-3476, x200.

Please remind your child that they must come to the office for a late slip if they are not in line at their classroom when the 8:30 a.m. bell rings.
