Saratoga Clubhouse is a before-and-after school childcare program provided by the Los Gatos-Saratoga Department of Community Education and Recreation for school age children. We understand that kids need time to be kids. We offer your child that opportunity in a secure, nurturing, exciting, safe, explorative and social environment in our Clubhouse program. Clubhouse is an interest based recreational/enrichment program that incorporates daily nutritious snacks, cooking, arts & crafts, team building, sports, quiet study time, special events and more to make this time meaningful and fun! Our goal is to provide an emotionally and physically safe, professionally operated care situation that meets the needs and desires of the parents and children within our communities. We strive to create a home away from home atmosphere of warmth, caring and enrichment for all participants. We strive to maintain a strong sense of community for all of the children and families we serve.

| Registration: |

Every year, each family must first register and pay a $45 annual, nonrefundable registration fee. Registration packets and emergency cards must be completed and returned to either the Clubhouse or LGS Recreation Department before any child may attend. Packets are available from the school office, or the Recreation Office, or at the Clubhouse. Camps for certain holidays are also available through the Los Gatos-Saratoga Recreation Department. For more information on Camps, check with the LGS Recreation Department or Clubhouse staff prior to the scheduled holiday.

| Fees: |
| Fees are defined as any block of time the child attends, i.e., more than one session may be billed in a given day. Rates differ by how often a child attends and whether a sibling is also attending. |
- Drop-In Rate: The cost is $6.80 per hour and is billed in half hour increments with a one-hour minimum per session. A 10% sibling discount is applied for each additional child in the same family. The primary user pays the higher rate.
- Tuition Rate: The cost is based on $4.75 per hour for weekly 2, 3, 4 or 5 day childcare. For complete information on all tuition options, see the Clubhouse registration packet.
- Late Fee: Starting at 6:15pm, late fees are applied for every 15 minutes or portion thereof. The late fee is $20 per child, in addition to the hourly drop-in rate until child is picked up.
- Changes to your Schedule: Changes must be submitted on the Clubhouse Change Form and returned to the Clubhouse Director with a 30-day notice. You may change your schedule once at no cost. Additional changes will be $10 each change. Schedule changes are made at the beginning of our billing cycles only.

| Minimum Days: |
| Due to the high number of children attending on Minimum Days it has become necessary for us to limit the number of children who can attend minimum days. The children who are on tuition will be automatically signed up for minimum days on their scheduled days. The children who are on drop-in must pre-register and will be able to attend if there is space available. Fee is based on 4 hr minimum charge. The sign-up sheet will be available 10 school days prior to the Minimum Day at the Clubhouse. Cancellations must be given to the Clubhouse Director 3 days prior to the Minimum Day or you may be charged for the block of time. A penalty fee (applies to both drop-in and tuition) of $75 will automatically be charged to your account if your child shows up at Clubhouse without pre-registering, PLUS the 4 hours for Minimum Days charge.
