Please click on the email list to subscribe/unsubscribe to your child's grade. Follow the instructions in the subscribe/unsubscribe page. If you have children in different grade, please subscribe to each list of thier grades.
Attention 7th & 8th grade parents: You don't have to sign up to 7th/8th grade list again if you have subscribed already.

How do I join the list? (subscribe)
1. Click on your child's grade list to go to the list subscribe/unsubscribe page.
2. Look for the section marked "Subscribe to Redwood200x" and filled in the boxes follow the instructions.
3. Press the "Subscribe" button. A new page should appear telling you that your request has been sent.
4. You will receive an email message with subject "confirm ###" (### is a 40 digits long unique ID for your subscription) asking for confirmation that you really want to be subscribed to the list. This is to prevent anyone else from subscribing you to the lists without your permission. Follow the instructions given in the message to confirm your wish to be subscribed. Note: This email may go into your "bulk" folder so please check your bulk folder if you didn't see the confirmation email in your inbox. This may occur if you are using email address from sbcglobal.net or yahoo.com.
Once this is done, you will receive another message welcoming you to the list. This message contains some useful information including your list password and some quick links for changing your options, so you may want to save it for later reference.

How do I leave a list? (unsubscribe)
1. Click on child's grade list to go to the list
subscribe/unsubscribe

2. Look for the section marked "Redwood200x Subscribers" (usually found near the bottom of the page).
3. There should be a button marked "Unsubscribe or Edit Options". Enter your email address in the box
beside this button and press the button.
4. You should be brought to a new page which has an "Unsubscribe" button.
Press it to unsubscribe.
5. You will receive an email message with subject "confirm ###" (### is a 40 digits long unique ID for your subscription) and must follow the
instructions given in that mail to complete the unsubscription. This
is to stop people from unsubscribing you without your permission. Note: This email may go into your "bulk" folder so please check your bulk folder if you didn't see the confirmation email in your inbox. This may occur if you are using email address from sbcglobal.net or yahoo.com.
Once this is done, you will receive another message to confirm you have been unsubscribed from the Redwood200x email list.

1. Click on child's grade list to go to the list

2. Look for the section marked "Redwood200x Subscribers" (this section
is usually found near the bottom of the page).
3. There should be a button marked "Unsubscribe or Edit Options".
Enter your email address in the box beside this button and press
the button.
4. You should be brought to a new page which has a"Password
Reminder" section. Press the "Remind" button to have your password
emailed to you.

3. There should be a button marked "Unsubscribe or Edit Options".
Enter your email address in the box beside this button and press the button.

5. Look for the password changing boxes on the right-hand side of the
page and enter your new password in the appropriate boxes, then
press the button marked "Change My Password."

5. Look for the section marked "Changing your Redwood2007 membership information" and change the value accordingly. Then scroll down to find the button marked "Change My Address and Name ", press this button to complete your change. |
How do I turn password reminders on or off?
1. Click on child's grade list to go to the list subscribe/unsubscribe page.

5. Look for the section marked "Get password reminder email for this list?" and change the value accordingly. Then scroll down to find the button marked "Submit my changes", press this button to complete your change. |
Can everyone post message to the email lists?
No, only a few designated people can post message to the lists. The email will be discarded if it is not posted by these designated people. Please contact Veronica Miller if you need to post a message to the lists.

Do I have to subscribe again next year?
No, you don't have to. You don't have to subscribe again unless you unsubscribe yourself. |
Why I didn't receive email after I subscribe?
Two reasons may cause this problem.
1. You didn't reply or reply the confirmation email correctly. You can subscribe again or contact the listserv administration person for help.
2. The emails sent to you may go into your bulk or spam folder, especially fr web mail like yahoo.com.
In this case, please check your bulk folder before you empty it. |
