at (408) 868-4060 (inter-campus is x62352) to insure the postage meter has adequate postage and that the proper amount of time can be scheduled for processing mail.
- Since we can't guarantee available staff, processing of any large mailing brought/sent to the DO at the last minute will be the responsibility of that school's office staff.
- When mailing any amount of letters:
- All envelopes have their flaps down
- Addressed sides are all facing the same direction with nothing upside down.
- Regular #10 (business-sized) envelopes or smaller letter envelopes can be:
- Sealed or unsealed, but please do not mix sealed and unsealed envelopes together.
- Do not "tuck in" flaps
- All manila type or larger envelopes, with or without clasps:
- Sealed before being sent to the DO
- Do not use red or dark colored envelopes. The red ink from the postage meter is not legible on these envelopes and therefore the envelopes will look like they have no postage on them.
- Any merchandise returned via US mail or UPS to a vendor through the warehouse should be accompanied by a completed "Outgoing Package Form." If you do not have any of these forms you may obtain them from Vinh at the warehouse.
