First Day Packet Information 2010-2011

To better serve our district families, the Saratoga Union School District is pleased to provide Start-of-School information online.  By clicking on individual links below, parents/guardians may read the electronic version of district policies, procedures and information and/or print these documents for reference and use.

Please read the Parent's Rights and Emergency Plan before signing the Signature Page.  NOTE:  the Signature Page is on the reverse side of your green Contact Information Card which will be mailed to your home address by your school site. Also included in the packet is the Sheriff's Safety Questionnaire and district map.  If you need additional copies of the Sheriff's Questionnaire, download from the link below.

Elementary School Families

Please return to your student's teacher on the first day of school - August 30, 2010:

  • Contact Information/Signature Card (green) -Families MUST use the card mailed to your home.  Fill out both sides.

 

 Middle School Families

Please bring when you come to pick up your student's schedule on August 26 (1-4pm) or August 27 (8:30-11am) in the RMS Multipurpose Room:

PLEASE NOTE:  Your student's schedule will not be released to you until all forms are returned.  After August 27, student schedules will be available in the RMS school office during business hours.  Please CLICK HERE to be transferred to Redwood's website for more information.

Safety Information

  • Letter and Safety Questionnaire from the Office of the Sheriff - For your child's safety, please read this letter from the Office of the Sheriff and then print and return the Safety Questionnaire and district route map to your student's school site as directed above.  Please note that a copy of this letter and the safety questionnaire is mailed to your home by your assigned school.
