2009-2010 School Year:Conditional Registration Packets are now being accepted. SUSD will accept conditional registration with the documentation following below. All other REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION will be due at the time a student is registered. Homeowners: - SUSD will accept a Purchase Contract as a conditional document establishing residency. You will be required to provide the official grant deed or tax bill as soon as it is available to remove the conditional status of your student's registration.
- A PG&E bill showing usage at the property will be accepted at a later date.
- Two pieces of business mail (i.e. bills or other) coming to property will be accepted at a later date.
Renters: - A RENTERS AFFIDAVIT - signed by you and your property owner/landlord - will be accepted at the time your lease commences.

Living with a Relative: - Three pieces of business mail (i.e. bills or other) coming to the district property with parent/guardian address will be accepted at a later date.
You will be asked to sign a "Conditional Registration Form" at the time you register outlining the documentation still required to complete the registration process and due dates. When the required documentation is available materials can be brought to the district office, mailed or faxed to (408) 867-2312. Please make sure your student's name is on any document returned to the district office.
