 Growth and Development Program for Fifth Grade
In order to prepare our students to make healthy and responsible decisions as they grow and develop through adolescence, the Growth and Development program will be presented to our district's fifth graders in March-April 2010. The fifth graders will be studying the physical, social and emotional changes associated with puberty, which is part of a balanced, complete health education program. The girls and boys will be separated for the lesson. The curriculum will be presented by Redwood Middle School Science teacher

. Permission slips were mailed home on February 1, 2010. Forms are due back by Friday, February 12, 2010. An informational meeting for parents only will be held on: Wednesday, February 10 from 6:30-7:30pm Argonaut Elementary School
Multipurpose Room
