New Student Registration for the 2012-2013 school year:February 1, 2012 onwards
| Registration packets available for pickup - Families with K-5 students currently enrolled in SUSD may sign out registration packets for incoming Kindergarten and 1st grade siblings from their elementary school office.*
- Families with incoming Transitional Kindergarten students must come to the District Office to sign out a registration packet.
- All other families currently living in the district may sign out a registration packet at the district office.*
School Visitation days will be held. This is your opportunity to take a tour of the schools. VIEW VISITATION DAY SCHEDULE. | Feb 6 - April 30, 2012 | Completed registration packets may be returned to the District Office between the hours of 8:30am-12:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only. - Parents with elementary school children currently attending the district are STRONGLY encouraged to return new sibling registrations by April 30, 2012 to ensure placement at the same elementary school site.
Families may opt to return their completed registration after the visitation days as all completed registration packets returned on or before April 30, 2012 are weighted equally in terms of school placement. | May 1, 2012 onwards
| Conditional registration for families who have just moved to the district or will be moving into the district over the summer. The district office is open all summer for registration! Students who register during this time are placed at sites based on availability of space when the registration was returned. | May 16, 2012
| Kindergarten Tea for parents/guardians of incoming Kindergartners will be held at Saratoga Elementary School from 4:30-5:30pm.

Continuing SUSD Student Registration InformationYou do not need to re-register your continuing student for transition from elementary to middle school. For information about your middle school student transitioning to high school, click HERE or call the high school district office at: (408) 354-2520.
Continuing SUSD Students requesting school placement change for 2012-2013Request for change forms for current Kinder through fourth graders will be mailed home the second week of January. If you wish to request a change of elementary school, the form must be returned by February 3, 2012.
