Principal's Message

Welcome to Argonaut Elementary School!

Argonaut prides itself on being a warm and caring place where all students have the opportunity to succeed. Through a combination of dedicated staff members, involved parents and intelligent, creative students, we achieve this goal. One of the first things most people recognize about Argonaut is its, “family feel.” Much effort is dedicated towards maintaining this environment while providing the best possible education.

Students here have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and interests in a variety of ways. Academic skills as well as talents in sports and the arts are highlighted not only in the classroom but also in the variety of extra curricular activities available to our students.

Our academic structure relates directly to the Saratoga Union School District’s focusing goal of Three Dimensional Success; Academic success, a Balanced curriculum and developing Caring, responsible citizens. Parents and staff members work in partnership to create an environment that is best suited for its families. There are many volunteer opportunities available for parents and their participation is encouraged and always appreciated.

I am looking forward to another wonderful year here! My biggest wish is that the students of Argonaut have a challenging, engaging, and positive experience. I want all of the students here to reflect back on their time at Argonaut with fond memories.
