What Is Clubhouse?

Argonaut Clubhouse is a before-and-after school, school-age childcare program provided by the Los Gatos-Saratoga Recration Department.  The goal of Clubhouse is to provide a "home away from home," with an atmosphere of warmth, caring and enrichment for students. 

Clubhouse offers fun, creative and innovative activities suited for every child, including: nutritious snacks, sports, homework club, arts & crafts, cooking and special events throughout the school year.

The Argonaut Clubhouse is located behind the main office - enter at the North Parking Lot (near Shadow Mountain/Chateau Drives) and proceed to the rear of the school.  Please drive slowly down this road!

Visit the Los Gatos Saratoga Recreation website for registration and fees, or call 867-6348.  Packets are also available at Clubhouse.  Camps for certain holidays are also available via the LGS Recreation Department.

Fees

Fees are defined as any block of time the child attends, i.e., more than one session may be billed in a given day. Rates differ by how often a child attends and whether a sibling is also attending.

  • Drop In Rate: The cost is $7.43 per hour and is billed in half-hour increments with a one-hour minimum per session. A 10% discount rate is applied for each additional child in the same family. The primary user pays the higher rate.
  • Tuition Rate: The cost is based on $4.75 per hour for weekly 2, 3, 4, or 5 day childcare. For complete information on all tuition options, see the Clubhouse registration packet. It is available in the Argonaut Office, at the Clubhouse, and at the Los Gatos-Saratoga Recreation Department.
  • Late Fee: Starting at 6:15 PM, late fees are applied, every 15 minutes. The late fee is $20 per child.
  • Registration Fee: every year, each family must first register and pay a $45 annual, nonrefundable enrollment fee before any child may attend.
